To take beautiful maternity pictures the ideal situation is to schedule the shooting between the 27° and 34° week of gestation, the moment when pregnancy is at its peak and the belly is well shaped. During these weeks, a woman is at the top of her femininity, without the signs of fatigue that will arrive later.
Another aspect not to be underestimated is that, scheduling the shooting in this period gives us the chance to reschedule if there is the need to postpone the shooting, without risking of being too late.
During this especially intimate and delicate photo shoot, we’ll work together with spontaneity and empathy, to take beautiful and artistic maternity pictures.
The body of a woman with child is constantly changing, and every woman is different from the others, this is why it’s crucial to turn to a professional photographer who can put you at ease and suggest the best poses to highlight the beauty and sweetness of such a peculiar moment.
As I do in all my artistic portrait photo shoots, in the maternity shooting I like to give value to the experience together with the result: I want that the time we spend together is a relaxing and satisfying oasis for you, a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself, your body’s sensations, your feelings. It will be an intense and beautiful moment, a deep experience that will make you even more aware of the magic you are living, to create eternal memories.
We’ll shoot in my studio, in a relaxing and protected environment, and if you wish so, the daddy and the children or other loved ones can join in: spontaneity, simplicity and joy are the keywords to fully enjoy this type of shooting.
I can provide a makeup artist and a hairstylist if you wish so.
