Many people don’t enjoy the moment their pictures are taken, because they believe they are not photogenic, but the true secret to be photogenic is really just about relaxing and enjoying the moment!

During my photo shoots, you won’t have to worry about that, because I’ll take care of everything: I’ll put you at ease and I’ll show the best version of yourselves.

Before the wedding

Engagement photos – a series of pictures taken a couple of weeks or months before the wedding – are an opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera, so you’ll be able to get to the wedding day without any “photo anxiety”, calmer and more relaxed, free to enjoy the day without further reasons to worry.

If you are truly intimidated by the camera but, at the same time, don’t want to turn down the opportunity to have some beautiful wedding pictures, the pre-wedding photo shoot is what’s best for you.

During a wedding photo shoot, we’ll have the chance to get to know each other and connect. You’ll find out how I work and start to experience the feeling of being in front of the camera: at the end of the shooting, you’ll realize that it’s nothing uncomfortable but it’s quite the opposite, you’ll see!

You will be able to be yourselves and to let your personality arise freely, and we’ll be able to make an engagement photo shoot that is 100% you, together.

You can dress as you like, choosing clothes that make you feel comfortable: a casual look is ideal, maybe some matching outfits, or something inspired by the location or the season you decide to have your pictures taken in.

The pre-wedding photo shoot will give you the great opportunity to get to know you from a photographer’s standpoint before the wedding day: I’ll guide you in the discovery of your strong points and of all those little tricks that will make you feel more comfortable in front of the camera. 

But remember that nothing will feel unnatural: you and your unique personality will always emerge, together with magical chemistry that portrays your bond.

The pre-wedding shooting doesn’t need to be another stressful task in an already complicated schedule: but instead, it’s going to be an opportunity to take some relaxing time with your better half.

If the season allows it, you’ll be able to take advantage of the nice weather to have a pre-wedding photo shoot by the sea: the Cinque Terre, a lovely stretch of the Ligurian coast where I live and work, are one of the most evocative landscapes of Italy and I’ll be happy to take your engagement photos in these beautiful places that I love so much.
